HOW LONG WILL THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?

We are capable of designing:

  1. A full website (from the initial call to a live website) within 2 weeks.

  2. It typically takes us about 1-2 weeks to design your business cards (from the initial order to the final design). **Please note* * that shipping can take between 3-7 business days.

  3. It typically takes us about 1-2 weeks to design your brochure (from the initial order to the final design).**Please note** that shipping can take between 3-7 business days.

  4. The all inclusive Design Package typically takes us 3-4 weeks to complete.

 

Website Design Questions


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WEBSITE DESIGN service?

This includes the full setup of your desired domain name (website address), a professional business email address (for example - contact@YOURAFHNAME.com) & a professionally designed website with the following 5 total pages.

  1. Home Page

  2. About Page

  3. Services Page

  4. Contact Page

  5. Careers Page

If you would like additional pages or to exclude any of the standard 5 pages above, we can definitely do that! We would be more than happy to discuss this option during the introduction phone call.


DO YOU CHARGE ME A MONTHLY FEE AFTER YOU FINISH THE WEBSITE?

No, this is the full cost of the entire website. You will only be billed by us once - We do not charge a maintenance or monthly subscription fee.

Once we finish designing your website and you approve the design, we will launch your new site. If you need or want us to update something in the future, then send us an email or give us a call & we can help make those updates.

*Please note* - Updates (for example - adding new pages, writing blogs etc.) typically cost between $50-$100.


WILL I PAY MONTHLY FOR THE WEBSITE HOSTING?

Yes - We use SquareSpace to host your website, your website address (domain name) and your business email is hosted by Gmail.

The hosting & business email fees are not paid to us, they are paid to SquareSpace (usually around $20/month) & to Gmail for the professional email address matching your website address(usually around $6/month).

Please let us know if you have any questions and we can send over the information for you to look over.


WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING ONCE THE WEBSITE IS LIVE?

If you decide that you want to change wording, formatting, colors, type of photos etc. simply give us a call or send us an email with your name, order number & changes you’d like us to make.

We do have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee & would be more than happy to make those changes at no additional cost.

 

Business Card Questions


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN the business cards SERVICE?

We typically design a double-sided business card with contact & owner/provider information.

You will also receive a business logo that will be included on your business card and a digital copy (JPEG and PNG files) of the logo for you to use on your websites or other online accounts.

Please expect an initial confirmation email of your order followed by a quick call from us to discuss what you would like your business cards to look like + any specific requests/preferences (color, paper type etc.).


CAN I ORDER MORE CARDS IF I RUN OUT?

Of course! Just send us an email & we can get those cards printed & shipped to you.

This usually just costs you $11 for printing 100 additional cards & we are more than happy to help get those on their way to you as quickly as possible!


WHAT IF I WANT YOU TO CHANGE SOMETHING ONCE I RECEIVE THE BUSINESS CARDS?

If you receive your business cards and they are damaged, or you simply want to change wording, formatting, colors, type of paper etc. simply give us a call or send us an email with your name, order number & changes you’d like us to make.

We do have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee & would be more than happy to make those changes at no additional cost.

 

Brochure Questions


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE?

We typically design a double-sided 3-leaf trifold brochure with information about your business for you to approve. Once we receive your final approval of the design we can then get the brochures printed & shipped.

Please expect an initial confirmation email of your order followed by a quick call from us to discuss what you would like your brochure to look like + any specific information you need in the brochure.


CAN I ORDER MORE BROCHURES IF I RUN OUT?

Yes! Just give us a call or send us an email & we can get 50 more brochures printed & shipped to you.

This usually just costs you $32 for printing the 50 additional brochures.


WHAT IF I WANT YOU TO CHANGE SOMETHING ONCE I RECEIVE THE BROCHURES?

If you receive your brochures and they are damaged, or you simply want to change wording, formatting, colors, type of paper etc. simply give us a call or send us an email with your name, order number & changes you’d like us to make.

Yes! All of our services are covered under our 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply give us a call or send us an email with your name, order number & the changes you’d like us to make.
